McCullough House Plans, Inc. has been in the design business since 1956
and offers custom home design and stock house plans at competitive prices.
Approximately 12,000 different house plans are available for viewing in
our showroom. All plans can be modified by our professional staff to meet
your individual needs.
Many prestigious homes throughout Middle Tennessee are the products
of designs from McCullough House Plans, Inc. Our award winning plans have
been featured in several Middle Tennessee editions of the Parade of Homes
including: Laurelbrooke, Bancroft, Hidden River, The Last Plantation,
Governor's Club, Stoneybrook and Bonbrook subdivisions. We designed "Le
Chateau Morel" in the 2002 SunTrust Parade of Homes at the Governors
Club. Le Chateau Morel won 5 awards including Best of Show!
Our experienced staff of designers will be glad to assist you in developing
a custom home design for your individual needs and lifestyle. Designing
a custom home involves in-depth consultations, schematics, and final design
development. Customized specifications and site plans can be included
in a custom plan package. The design process can take 4 to 6 weeks, depending
on the complexity of the design.
